Free exam questions — every topic, marked on Incandio
3,246 original exam-style questions across 274 topic sets and 6 courses, 19,523 marks in total. Every set carries the command word, the tariff and the specification statement each question assesses, and every one of them is marked on Incandio with the mistake you actually made named. Completely free — no subscriptions, no paywalls, no account needed to read.
Every question here carries the same statement: “This is an original Incandio practice question, written to reflect the structure and demands of the qualification. It is not an official Pearson Edexcel past-paper question.” Incandio is aligned to the Pearson Edexcel International GCSE specifications and is not published by, endorsed by or affiliated with Pearson.
How to use this page
Find the topic, open its set, and answer the questions on paper. Then open the lesson's exam practice to have them marked: the mark scheme, the accepted and rejected answers and the annotated model answer are inside Incandio, not printed beside the question, because an answer beside its question is not practice. After the mark comes the part a question bank cannot do — you teach the topic back to Ember, an AI pupil who asks the awkward question, and defend it against the thinker with the strongest claim on it.
A topic has a set here only where its question bank is substantial enough to be worth sitting down to: at least 8 questions and 15 marks, spread across the topic rather than drilling one statement. Where a bank is smaller its questions stay on the unit's own page.

Religious Studies
Pearson Edexcel International GCSE Religious Studies (4RS1) is the one specification here that publishes its command words with the marks they carry, and on this course the command word IS the instruction: the five words and what each is worth. Its practice sits inside each unit, because its question shapes are fixed by the specification rather than varied by topic.
Where the questions came from
Not one Pearson question stem, dataset, diagram or mark-scheme answer is stored anywhere in Incandio. What the research licenses Incandio to reuse is the ABSTRACTION — specification point, command word, tariff, cognitive operation, marking pattern — and everything below it is written from nothing. That is why every question here can be published in full and why none of them is described as a past paper.
